Commissioning Project Management Consultancy Services is a key buying decision which supports the clients in terms of timelines,value engineeering and cost efficiency of the projects.

Project Initial Phase

Obtaining all conceptual and permissions related drawings coordination with all consultants

Project Formulation Phase

Floating tenders and finalization of contractors, site barricading, site and marketing office establishment.

Project Execution Phase:

Coordinating with the executing agencies and ensure to mobilize and start physical work as per Master Schedule. Quality, accuracy and workmanship maintained by executing agencies. Scrutinize the bills prepared by Project Team and forward to CLIENT for release of payments


Project Monitoring

  • Monitoring progress of works, quality of construction, tracking of materials procurement with the help of formats designed.
  • Conduct orientation programs for Project Team on Project Planning & Monitoring, QA&QC, Construction Techniques, Team Building, Document Control, and Interpersonal Relationships.

Quality Control and Assurance

We have the strong technical team to check the quality of materials and construction on project sites to ensure the quality of various works such as finishing, concrete, installation and fabrication under regulatory standards. Testing of materials in the laboratory is carried out with the help of appropriate processes and the precautions they propose. They also make sure to discard non-standard materials, develop effective strategies to eliminate defects, purchase materials of appropriate quality, and check the dimensions of the structure after construction
